We are continuing our series and dialog on the subject of herbs. This month’s focus is their healing properties. We will be referring to the books “Back to Eden”, by Jethro Kloss, and “The Green Pharmacy”, by James Duke, Ph.D.
These are both wonderful sources of information, giving recommendations for alternative natural remedies from anise for asthma to violets for varicose veins. With just a few trips to the market, and your own back yard, you can create your own natural medicine cabinet. Call 267-3599
to pre-register and request recipes to add to our collection.

This presentation is meant to serve you as a resource to determine if these changes could benefit you.
