Powerful Tools for Caregivers This 6-week educational series is designed to help unpaid caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a rela-tive or friend. Develop self-care tools to reduce personal stress, communicate needs effectively in challenging situations, deal with difficult emotions, and make tough caregiving decisions. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
Class size is limited, and registration is required. * Suggested donation of $25 to help defray cost of the book. Not required in order to attend the class.

Your Life-Your Story-Your Legacy
Free seminar presented by Jeff Baker Thursday, February 23rd at 10:00 .m.
Your life story and those of our ancestors shape the lives of our children and succeeding generations. These precious memories need to be reserved. Inspirational and informative, Jeff Baker, Owner of Sagis, will provide ways to elect, organize and preserve our life stories, photos, family history and heirloom documents. This hour long seminar answers baseline questions about assembling one’s legacy and historical information, whether it is scrapbook, video or a hard-bound book. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.

This month we will be exploring our favorite comfort food, Macaroni and Cheese. It may seem simple, but this everyday casserole can become a gourmet meal with a few simple
techniques and ingredients. We will address mac and cheese for gluten-free diets, as well. Tired of your holiday wreaths at the front door? We’ll have a demonstration of Spring wreath-making on a budget. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’ll enjoy a chocolate fondue dessert that anyone can put together at home for your friends and family.
