Travel Payment Policy
Full payment is due at time of signing up for day trips. Deposit is due at time of signing up for extended trips. If you phone in your day trip reservation, payment must be received within seven (7) days or your name will be removed from the list.

Medical or family emergency where RWAS will lose money: refund will be the amount that will allow RWAS to break even.

If RWAS must cancel a trip due to low participation, full refund will be made.
